Our work begins with extensive analysis of existing conditions, spatial, functional and aesthetic, with the resultant studies and cost estimates providing effective design and decision making tools. We are able to draw on our extensive experience renovating older masonry structures in devising imaginative, cost effective and aesthetically pleasing solutions to difficult masonry, waterproofing, window, entrance and other exterior envelope restoration problems.
